I've been joking that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez called off their wedding because there was no way they could top Britney's and Jason's weekend marriage story. Any other celebrity wedding this year could never hope to top that one.
But maybe I wasn't so far off:

Pop beauty Britney Spears has reignited reports she and Ben Affleck are more than just good friends, by admitting the hunk is one of the "major weaknesses" of her life.
The singer -- who turned to Affleck for support after her disastrous 55-hour marriage last month -- unleashed her intimate feelings towards the actor on Wednesday's edition of the TV show "On Air with Ryan Seacrest."
Rumors of their burgeoning closeness were first sparked when Affleck was cited by the press as a major factor in Spears' split from longterm ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake.
On the TV show, Britney blushed, "There's no doubt about what makes me go weak -- and that's Ben Affleck.

I think that's the first time I've ever seen anyone referred to as a "pop beauty". One of many firsts for Britney.
