yeah, huh? and to think it took FOOTBALL
to somehow take him down for what he is.
this is certainly a society with its priorities
in order. not that this wasn't racism, sure
it was. but.......like, it's the first time?
Yeah, when he was "only" spreading this kind of stuff in politics, he stayed on a roll. But when he started doing it with something people *care* about - sports - it got him into trouble quick. :) Or, to put it somewhat less cynically, when he did it in a field where black participants are accepted and admired, even by many of his core 18-to-34-year-old white male fan base, it showed more quickly how ugly it is. - Bruce
