Bush in '04?

You can see some pretty creative bumper stickers in the San Francisco area sometimes. "Peace is Patriotic" is one of my favorites.

But yesterday I saw one that especially caught my eye:

 

                  Bush in '04
                  Four More Wars!

 

Now, I assume that it was a satire by someone who doesn't like Bush. But having recently read An End to Evil by David Frum and Richard Perle and realizing that it could be a prophecy of the foreign policy of a Bush Second Term, the sticker could be from a supporter!
