Mohammed Atta in Prague

You know that story that keeps popping up like an immortal urban legend, about how the 9/11 hijack leader Mohammed Atta met with an Iraqi intelligence agent in Prague?

Laura Rozen at War and Piece reports: "Well, it seems for the umpteenth time that such a meeting never occurred." She links to a New York Times story about the interrogation of the Iraqi agent that was supposed to have met Atta.

It still never happened. Can somebody please explain that to Dick Cheney so he won't keeping repeating it?
