How do we know that Chuckie is a white guy? Here's a major clue:
Police officers are sworn to enforce the law. We should all remember that. If you don’t break the law you will rarely have any trouble with the police.

The rest of the column is the usual stuff about how only blowhard rightwing Republican white guys really respect the police. And only certain types of people like, you know, minorities and stuff, ever complain about police misconduct. And that's mostly because they're guilty of something anyway.
