Further Information on the Mississippi Juvenile Facilities Scandal

There is also information available on this case at the Web site of Parents United Together, a group opposing abuse of children in public institutions in Mississippi: Abuse at Mississippi Training Schools.

This seems to be a case where the news reports declined to use some of the more sensational material in the federal report. These places sound like an employment program for sadists.
