One more time, in an attempt to enlighten the cynics: The Las Vegas chapel where Britney and Jason got married makes a wedding film for $69, which they had done.
According to Der Spiegel of 01/05/04, two tabloids are already offering $1 million for the wedding film. Now, it's not clear from the article who exactly legally has the rights to the film, them or the chapel. But if Boo and Jason were to sell a copy of it for $1 million or more, it would let her round her 2004 income up a digit.
And Jason would get $500,000 just for hanging out for a few days with Britney Spears. Plus he's probably got women calling to go out with him already now that he's "Britney Spears' ex-husband."
Of course, that annulment decree did say the two of them had no community property. So maybe they're out of luck on the film sale. But the publicity value of the whole experience for both of them is still there.
Another brilliant business move by Little Boo. And all the smart-alec celebrity gossip columnists just go right on dissing her! I just don't understand it!
