Only in San Francisco?

I see that the Citibank branch in San Francisco's financial district has a sign outside that says:

                                        Come in for a good thanking

Then inside as people wait in the teller line, there is a sign that tells them:

                                         You're next in line for a thanking

I wonder in what other cities they use this campaign.  Santa Cruz?  Ashville, North Carolina?
