Chuckie Watch 79: Chuckie believes in Santa Claus

I'm not surprised, given Chuckie's general relationship to the reality-based.

In  A Carolina Christmas Carol 12/17/04, Chuckie says:

I might as well go ahead and tell you right up front: I believe in Santa Claus. Now, you can believe or not believe, but I’m here to tell you for a fact that there is a Santa Claus, and he does bring toys and stuff like that on Christmas Eve night.

This is an important thing to keep in mind when trying to understand Chuckie's political philosophy.  He really thinks Fox News is "fair and balanced," for instance.  At least he's being consistent.

Curtis?  I would have thought his full name was Charles.  How did he get Charlie from Curt?  Anyhow, that's not important.  This goes to provide some insight to how Chuck (or Curt, hee hee) can believe the stuff that comes spewing from the mouth of Bush and his cohorts.  That really is amazing he still actually believes in Santa Claus.  How odd.

By the way, Happy Holidays!

And Happy Holidays to you!  But Chuckie would disapprove of us saying "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas".  :) :)  - Bruce
